This article outlines the production timeline, payment requirements, and the process for delivery/pick-up, as well as distribution expectations.
Production Timeline
- Ticket production requires a minimum of five (5) business days.
- Production timelines begin once full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Production days start on the day when payments received before 10:00 AM
- When payments received after 10:00 AM, production days start the next business day.
Payment RequirementFull payment is required before production can begin. Orders will not enter the production queue until payment has been received. Delivery/Pick-Up
Once tickets are ready, delivery or pick-up arrangements will be mutually agreed between SpurrOpen and the customer. Pick-up and delivery options are available within Kingston, Jamaica. Once tickets are collected or delivered, they are deemed accepted by the customer.
Distribution
SpurrOpen and its printing partners are responsible for printing and preparing tickets only. Distribution of tickets to customers or sales outlets is the responsibility of the event organizer. Event organizers are expected to manage their own distribution using their existing channels, teams, or networks.
