Ticket Design Guidelines

To ensure high-quality printing, all ticket artwork must follow the specifications below. Designs that do not meet these requirements may result in poor print quality or delays. 

Ticket Dimensions

• Total ticket size: 2.5” x 6.25” (includes non-printable areas)
• Ticket body: 4.25” x 2”
• Ticket stub: 1” x 2”

All designs must remain within the designated printable areas. Content placed outside these areas will not be printed. Appropirate spacing must be given for Secure QR placement.

File Requirements

• Resolution: 300 DPI
• File format: BMP (Bitmap)
• Image mode: Black & White only

Artwork Submission

• Submit two separate files: ticket body and ticket stub
• Files must match the exact dimensions specified

Design Guidelines

All artwork must be created and submitted in Black & White Bitmap format. Color, grayscale, RGB, or CMYK files will not reproduce clearly when printed. 

• Do not use color or grayscale elements
• Avoid converting color images to black and white after design
• Do not use halftone or dotted image effects

 For best results, designs should be created in true black and white from the start.
