Using the SpurrOpen Partner API, businesses can build new applications or enhance existing platforms to allow customers to browse events and view ticket options with accurate, real-time pricing and availability. 


Create and reserve ticket orders, collect payments through preferred payment systems, and confirm purchases with confidence. Once an order is completed, SpurrOpen automatically issues tickets to customers, delivering a reliable, secure, and seamless end-to-end ticketing experience backed by an established and trusted platform.

How It Works (Step by Step)

  1. Step 1: Browse Events
    Your system connects to the SpurrOpen API to retrieve all available events, similar to browsing an event listing on a website.


  2. Step 2: View Ticket Options
    For each event, your system displays the available ticket types, prices, and current availability status.


  3. Step 3: Create an Order
    When a customer chooses to purchase tickets, your system creates an order with SpurrOpen. This temporarily reserves the selected tickets.


  4. Step 4: Collect Payment
    You collect payment using your own payment system, such as online checkout, cash, card, or mobile payment.


  5. Step 5: Confirm the Order 
    Once you've received payment, your system tells us the order is paid. We then issue the tickets to your customer.
