What Partners Are Responsible For
While SpurrOpen provides the Partner API, ticket inventory management, and ticket issuance, partners are responsible for building and managing their own customer-facing experience.
- Designing and maintaining the user interface where events and tickets are displayed
- Collecting payments using their own payment systems (online, cash, card, mobile, or other methods)
- Remitting collected payments to SpurrOpen using the agreed payment method and settlement schedule
- Handling customer communications related to payment and checkout
- Managing order state and retry logic within their system
- Providing first-line customer support for their customers
SpurrOpen handles ticket fulfillment and delivery once an order is successfully confirmed.
