If your event is not appearing after you publish it, it is usually due to one of the following reasons.
- No date and location has been setEvents will only appear in listings when a date and location are configured. This allows the system to determine where and when the event should be displayed. If either of these is missing, the event may not show up even if it is published.
Refer to: How to set up event dates and location - The event is set to privateYour event may be set to private, which prevents it from being visible to the public. Be sure whether the event is intended to be private. If not, switch the private visibility setting to off by toggling the blue switch on the event setup page.

Additional note about flyers
By default, the platform filters events based on certain criteria, including whether a flyer has been added. Events without a flyer may not appear in some views or searches. However, this is less commonly the cause, as most events typically include a flyer. If your event still isn’t showing after checking the items above, confirm that a flyer has been uploaded.

What to do next
- Confirm that a date and location are set
- Verify that the event is not marked as private
- Ensure a flyer has been uploaded
Once these are correctly configured, your event should appear in listings.
