Event Setup and Overview

Event or event portal  or event pages are the tools that you used on SpurrOpen to sell event tickets. When setting up an event portal, you get access to a range of features that allow you to sharing detail and summary information about the event, ticket information and what patrons should expect. 


Steps to access

  1. Login to SpurrOpen.com and navigate to Manage Accounts.
  2. Select the respective business account from the listing.
  3. Select the respective event portal from the list of portals or choose the option to create a new portal


The event potal is where you setup all the details relating to the event. SpurrOpen provides a wide range of features that allow for  the configuration of the following areas of your event:

  • Eevent name, description, currency etc. 
  • Date and location of venue
  • Flyers and promotional images 
  • Ticketing and sales automation 
  • Product sales and donationsl
  • Virtual Boots and thrid-party vending 
  • Images and profiles of Artists/Presenters
  • Logo and wedsite address of Sponsors
  • Special Information to be hilighted
  • Email response customizations

After you have configured all the areas that are pertinent to your event, you can proceed to publishing the event and sharing it with the wo
