Setting up event Tickets - Availability

The "Availability" tab on the ticket on SpurrOpen, allows you to enter start and end dates as well as start and end times for your event. It also gives you the ability to enter a minimum and maximum limit per transaction. You may also hide the ticket public as well as enter a display order in the case of multiple tickets. 


Steps to follow: 

  1. After accessing the event portal
  2. Go to "Ticket Setup" 
  3. Click on the word "Edit" beside the ticket 
  4. Click the "Availability" tab



Additional steps to follow:

  • Enter Sale start date and time. This is the date and time that the ticket/s is/are made available for purchase
  • Enter Sale end date and time. This is the latest date and time that the ticket/s is/are made available for purchase
  • Min. Quantity Per Txn is the least number of ticket/s that a patron can purchase in one order 
  • Max. Quantity Per Txn is the maximum number of ticket/s that a patron can purchase in one order
  • The Min Quantity has to be at least 1, there is no requirement to enter a Maximum Quantity if there is no limit
  • It there is a limit, ensure that the toggle switch at Min & Max enforced at order level is turned on
  • Turn on the Hide Product from display page toggle switch if you do not want the ticket to be displayed to the public
  • Display order represents the order in which tickets appear to patrons when the event is published
  • Click save
