The SpurrOpen Seller mobile app is used to securely scan, verify, and consume tickets at events. It supports both digital tickets and physical tickets issued by SpurrOpen. The app is designed to handle simple and complex tickets, including tickets that contain multiple access items (for example, VIP access plus general access on the same ticket).
Steps to download SpurrOpen Seller App:
- for Android: vist the Google Play Store or click here
- for iOS: visit the Apple App Store or cliick here
Once installed, log in using the same username and password you use on spurropen.com, then proceed to scanning and validation.
To access an account/organization on the app, you need to be in one of the following roles on account:
- Account Admin
- Portal Manager
- Ticket/Product Sccanner
If you don't have access, ask an account admin to follow these instructions to add you to the account
